All's Right with the World [Chalion, Iselle, Bergon & Cazaril, G]
Title: All's Right with the World
Series: Chalion
Rating: G
Genre: Vignette
Words: 100
Notes/Warnings: Done for 'the sweet fruition of an earthly crown' for 31_days @ LJ. End of book spoilers.
Summary: Iselle returns to Cardegoss after the end of the book.
Disclaimer: Curse of Chalion and characters within belong to Lois McMaster Bujold and this derivative work was created without permission.

The return of Royina Iselle and Roya Bergon to the capital was a procession that drew more attention and celebration than the city's Daughter's Day procession shortly before. Some said it was an act of the Daughter Herself that kept the weather fair and warm, and the cut flowers fresh, though the Royina had departed from the Daughter's protection at her marriage.

And, if a petty-saint might notice some stray wisps of blue light still hovering around the Royina and Royse, and the new Prime Minsiter, Lupe dy Cazaril, it was only to be expected.
