Tiny Steps to Shape the Universe [Vorkosigan Saga, Cordelia, G]
Title: Tiny Steps to Shape the Universe.
Series: Vorkosigan Saga
Rating: G
Genre: Vignette
Words: 100
Notes/Warnings: Done for 'this universe we cannot control.' for 31_days @ LJ.
Summary: Cordelia's tries to control her corner of the universe. Set shortly after Barrayar.
Disclaimer: The Vorkosigan Saga and characters within belong to Lois McMaster Bujold.

Cordelia pulled up a chair beside the monitor-covered crib, and set the paper, and a pen on her lap. She had left the computer at her desk in the library. "So, this is the world we both have to live in, is it?" she said to the tiny blanket-covered bundle, sleeping next to her. She picked up the pen and smiled. "Let us see what is to be done to make the best of it, then."

As her son Miles slept, Lady Cordelia Vorkosigan made up her first plan for the young Emperor Gregor's education.
